Starting a Business
Starting a Business is a training program that leads to an ASP (Attestation de spécialisation professionnelle / Attestation of Vocational Specialization) recognized by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport du Québec. It includes developing a business plan and specific conferences relating to the course, as well as group and individual coaching. The course runs for 6 to 9 hours per week, day or evening.
Management coaching is open to all entrepreneurs and self-employed workers in Vaudreuil-Soulanges. It is designed to help them acquire new entrepreneurial skills, develop financial independence and solve problems relating to the management and development of a micro-enterprise.
Mentoring for entrepreneurs
Mentoring is a special relationship between a mentor and the person being mentored—an entrepreneur—in order to develop his or her business expertise and personal skills. The mentor’s role is to support and motivate the entrepreneur. With the advantage of this support, the mentee will benefit from the experience of the mentor and make more informed choices.
