Network Partnership Initiative

“Facilitating accessibility to health and social services for the English-speaking population of Vaudreuil-Soulanges”

Réseaux Emploi Entrepreneurship is the official project promoter of the Network Partnership Initiative project. Since 2010, the CSSS de Vaudreuil-Soulanges and the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Community Development Corporation (VS CDC) have also sponsored the initiative.

Our projects promoting health

  • Growing up Wise (Liberté de choisir): An addiction prevention program promoting healthy living while easing the transition from elementary to secondary school
  • Centre Multisports – Seniors ‘n’ motion: promoting public transit and healthy lifestyles for seniors
  • Eureka Project: Goals—to develop supportive environments for healthier lifestyles and to prevent high-risk behaviours among youth (16 to 24 years)

Our achievements

  • Close collaboration with the Partners’ Committee regarding services in English
  • Action plan, communications plan and promotional materials
  • Networking activities and promotion
  • Collaboration with the CSSS de Vaudreuil-Soulanges to promote various services
  • In partnership with the Lester B. Pearson School Board, English classes were offered to frontline employees in community organizations to help them better serve their English-speaking clientele
